Thunder Force II는 대부분의 다른 촬영처럼 빠르게 쿵쾅거리는 비트와 일렉트로닉 리프로 가득한 사운드트랙이 특징이다. 각 노래는 무대의 환경에 맞게 설계되었으며, 빠른 템포는 여러분이 끝까지 해낼 때까지 결코 멈추지 않는다.
트랙 제목은 샤프 X68000 버전에서 따온 것이지만, 제네시스 버전이 원래 X68000 버전보다 스테이지가 적기 때문에 일부는 제자리를 벗어났다.
Thunder Force II, like most other shoot-em-ups features a soundtrack full of quick pounding beats and electronic riffs. Each song is designed to fit the environment of the stage, and the fast tempo never lets up until you make it to the ending.
The track titles come from Sharp X68000 version of the game, although some of them are out of place since the Genesis version had fewer stages than the original X68000 version.
