「게임의 통조림」(부제목 「SEGA GAME CAN」)은, 1994년 3월 18일에 세가로부터 발매된 메가 CD용 옴니버스 게임 소프트.과거에 세가·게임 도서관에서 전달된 세가의 아케이드 게임·메가 드라이브 이식판의 게임 도서관 전달판 소프트, 미니 게임을 수록하고 있습니다.
「칸즈메」라고 제목이 붙여져 있는 대로, CD-ROM이 앨범 CD 사이즈의 캔에 들어가 있는 것이 특색.판매 시에는 캔은 플라스틱제 소프트팩에 봉입되어 있었습니다.빨간 캔의 'Vol.1', 파란 캔의 'Vol.2'로 나뉘어 '캔'된 2편이 동시에 출시되었습니다.
